libhfmudflap0-dbg-armel-cross software package provides GCC mudflap shared support libraries (hard float debug symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhfmudflap0-dbg-armel-cross
libhfmudflap0-dbg-armel-cross is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhfmudflap0-dbg-armel-cross package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhfmudflap0-dbg-armel-cross *
